-Black and Blue Nails-
Black and blue nails are caused by sudden or repetitive injury to a toe. If you have black and blue nails, it is imperative that you see a doctor immediately.
-Hammer Toes-
Hammer toes are bent joints in your toe. They are usually casued by wearing shows too tight. You may feel pain in the toe or in the ball of your foot signaling a hammer toe. Make sure to wear shoes with plenty of room in the front.
-Bunions-
A bunion is most often caused by wearing shoes that are too tight across the toes. The side of the toe pushes the big toe in toward the second toe. This forces the joint at the base of the big toe out to the side. To prevent this, you MUST wear shows with a 1/2" space between your toes and the tip of the shoe.
